I run a not for profit, small,  Advanced Balloon Decor convention In Vegas each Aug for the Graduates of my seminars.  This is to keep them above the curve in what is new and what techniques make them stand out above all the rest. Once you graduate you stay in the flock to continue to learn.  This year we have 4 Lifetime Achievement Award winners very well known in the Industry who will be bringing it- mainly new ideas not yet seen.  As an LBD Grad, I stay your cheerleader making you great!
